On-Site Building Management Office

The Building Management Team is dedicated to making your work environment as safe and pleasant as possible. The Building Management Office is located at  3780 Kilroy Airport Way, Suite 410 and is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Cafe 

Nutritious meals are always at your fingertips with our on-site Everytable market. Chefs at their local kitchen turn fresh, wholesome ingredients into delicious meals, which they sell through the small, grab-and-go storefront located on the 1st Floor of the Retail Plaza of Phase 2.

Fitness Center

A full service fitness center offering a fun and energetic feel with personal trainers, group classes and a variety of machines, free weights, assorted equipment and men’s & women’s lockers and showers.  Click here  for more information.

Parking

Aero Long Beach maintains various parking facilities to meet the needs of tenants and their clientele. These include surface parking lot, access-controlled parking structure, and loading/unloading zones.

Electric Car Charging Stations

Aero offers nine EV Charging Stations located on the first level of the parking structure near the northwest entrance (4), behind the 3800 building (4), and in front of the 3880 building (1), available to all tenants. Please download the free  ChargePoint mobile app available to register for an account.
